Alpine’s Sara Rufener, CSCS, will be hosting a special 4-week program/fitness class for women starting May 29th: Your Best Body Challenge!
Learn to train and eat for the body you want. In 4 weeks of High Efficiency Sessions and a personalized nutrition plan, you can expect to see the following results:
- Increased muscular strength
- Improved cardiovascular efficiency
- Improved muscle tone and definition
- Enhanced flexibility
- Stress reduction
Space is limited! Classes start on Tuesday, June 3rd after a mandatory instructional/getting started meeting on Thursday, May 29th at 6:30pm. Subsequent classes meet Tuesdays and Thursdays at 6:30pm at Alpine’s Westside clinic. Cost: $77
