Leah Conchieri, PT, DPT

Growing up in Essex, Vermont, Leah Conchieri always wanted to help people. Combining her passion for science with her aspirations of helping others, Leah was drawn toward the healthcare profession. Leah struggled with shin splint issues while running track in high school. To help her recover, she was introduced to physical therapy and was immediately impressed by how much time her physical therapist was able to spend with her compared to other healthcare professionals. Leah was also amazed by how her physical therapist was able to identify the root cause of her problem and then proceeded to develop a treatment plan that helped her run pain-free PRs throughout the rest of her track season.

After high school, Leah moved to Burlington, where she studied at the University of Vermont, earning a Bachelor of Science in Nutrition Sciences. Leah remained at UVM and later completed her Doctorate in Physical Therapy. The consummate professional Leah has worked in physical therapy since she was 16 and most recently worked at a practice in Eugene before coming to Bend at Alpine Physical Therapy.
