Classes start Monday, April 21st and meet every Monday and Wednesday, from 5:45-6:45 pm, for six weeks. Our small, ladies-only group is a great mix of encouraging personalities–this is a great way to mix up your current routine or begin your journey to fitness! Classes are an evolving mix of cardio, interval training, and functional movement that typically involve rotating stations and new activities. You’re guaranteed a great total body workout each time you come.
