Bailey Kelley, PT, DPT
Bailey earned her Doctorate of Physical Therapy from Oregon State University–Cascades in Bend Oregon. Since then, she has continued to expand her clinical expertise through postgraduate education with Herman & Wallace, a leading organization in pelvic health education.
Bailey is passionate about helping patients better understand their bodies, improve their function, and return to the activities they love. Her patient centered approach emphasizes building meaningful relationships, understanding each individual’s unique needs and goals, and developing personalized treatment plans that support healing, long-term progress, and overall well-being.
Bailey continually seeks opportunities to advance her clinical knowledge and skills. She strives to empower her patients through education and individualized care helping them feel confident in their recovery and improve their quality of life.

Bailey loves taking advantage of everything Central Oregon has to offer. In her free time she enjoys hiking, exploring the area’s beautiful lakes and rivers, and participating in local fitness classes. Most of all she loves spending time with her husband, their daughter, and their dog Baloo.
